Stained Glass: South Window
Spanning more than two centuries, our 70 parishes have a long and rich history throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Soaring above the main Cathedral entrance, the dramatic representations of each parish within the south window acknowledge their unique characteristics while reinforcing our mutual solidarity as a family of faith.

In thanksgiving for the stewardship witnessed by our leading benefactors who wanted to provide a more beautiful and sacred Cathedral to give glory and honor to God. And with gratitude for their desire to further evangelization and worship of all parishioners who enter this Holy church. May God greatly reward them and bless them for their many gifts given back to God.
